The One Funnel Away Challenge is definitely one of the best $100 I have spent on ANY online courses this year!
I know it is a bold statement but after attending many online courses such as Peng Joon’s Virtual Game Changer course, Joel Chin’s PR Academy, Eric Feng, and Team Resh. I can say that Russell Brunson’s One Funnel Away Challenge is definitely the top Marketing/Sales Funnel Course in terms of the pacing, teaching, and value out of the whole 30-day course.
If you would like to purchase the One Funnel Away Challenge, it would be great if you could use my affiliate link to purchase it! Would appreciate it lots!! 🙂

What is the One Funnel Away Challenge?
The One Funnel Away Challenge is a 30-day challenge to help beginners who know nothing about creating a sales funnel, creating an offer, or getting traffic to their site. It is definitely a beginner-friendly course for those looking to start learning marketing or creating an online business. Why is it beginner-friendly? Because the lessons are broken down into smaller parts every week and each day, Russell and his team would go in-depth into the various lessons.
Why Did I Join the One Funnel Away Challenge?
I have always been intrigued by online business/entrepreneur making 6-figures, how they structure the offer, and how they make the whole site as well. I was slowly introduced to the clickfunnel’s community and slowly learned about the One Funnel Away Challenge.
Through this challenge, I was hoping to learn to create better hooks, offers and get better traffic to improve my marketing skills overall. Furthermore, I want to break the mindset that Singaporeans can’t make it with ClickFunnels.
In this review, I would be giving an overview of the lessons each week as well as the learning points which I got through the One Funnel Away Challenge. A brief description of the coaches for the challenge, Russell Brunson a.k.a Founder of clickfunnels (the strategist), Steve J Larson a.k.a Offer creation specialist for Russell, Julie Stoian a.k.a digital marketer & coach, and lastly Jim Edwards a.k.a Master Copywriter (FunnelScripts)
The Review
Week 1 (Mindset)
During the first week of the course, instead of diving into building funnels or asking you to sign up for clickfunnels, Russell goes through the importance of your mindset for this course.
What I enjoyed most about the mindset week course was that it helped me find my big “WHY”. The reason that I am so interested in doing online business and why I wanted to make more money. For me, it is to give back more to the community and also provide for my parents. My dream is to be able to pay for them to go overseas as a family together! Through these lessons on finding my “WHY” it taught me to hold on to my “WHY” and remember what I am doing this for. Cause my Funnel and business may fail, but the reason I want to do all this will remain the same. For more details on taking action with a purpose, I spoke about it in my podcast which can be found here!
So Russell & Steve talk about building funnels, making money, and using this money to fund your vision and dreams that you want. To focus on what you are good at and making those skills profitable! Steve also goes through the concepts and definition of Sales, Closing, and Marketing which I felt was a breath of fresh air as I never thought of these concepts in the way he explained it!
The last day of the week ends with a Mission Review for the past 6 days and summarizes what we have learned throughout the week. This is a good recap for me in case I forget any important points for the week.
Week 2 (Creating Offers)
In this Week, Russell & Steve talk about the process of creating an irresistible offer and an offer that sells! Steve gave very good tips and pointers on how he goes about creating an offer and I gained a lot of value through that lesson alone. I can now take what he has taught and create my own offer stack!
The best takeaway for the week was learning how to offer hack others that have already made it. To lookout for good offers and learn from offers that other entrepreneurs have already put out and replicate what is already working for them.
As much as I feel that some entrepreneur’s prices are always similar ($497, $997, $1007, $197) All with a $7 behind, but it seems to be working for most people so why not right?
Product creation and how to make a product that others would want to buy was also a very helpful lesson in week 2! Overall week 2 was where everything was about to get serious in making a whole offer and funnel…it was just the beginning…
Week 3 (Story)
The challenge started to pick up during week 3 of the OFA challenge. The main lesson for the week was about creating your Epiphany Bridge Story. Russell talks about how different people have different stories and it’s these stories that make them who they are today! I’m sure many of you have heard the “I got $0 in my bank account” “Almost went bankrupt & became a millionaire” story. I mean these stories work for these people, which is why they are still selling to a lot of people. It could be real or it could be fake.. But at the end of the day, to me, all that matters is that we remain true to our integrity and sell ethically!
Okay back to Week 3 Challenge. Russell talks about how we can create our origin story and for us to look back on the experiences we had and come up with an origin story. He then goes on and teaches us how we can create different hooks based on our story and encourages us to start publishing in whatever platform we are comfortable with.
That was the main highlight for me for the whole week. Which was to start publishing. There is never a perfect time to start publishing, the best time to start publishing is now. Which was what encouraged me to start my Podcast “Zach of All Trades”. What I’ve learned through publishing consistently for 20 days was that I slowly began to find my confidence in speaking as well as clarity in what I wanted to say.
Lastly, Russel, Julie, Steve & Jim go through how to create a good hook to attract more people to convert as well as how we can outsource certain aspects such as design to others on Fiverr or Funnel Rolodex.
Week 4 (Funnel Building)
This is the most technical aspect of the whole challenge where Russell and his team would teach you how to build your own funnel but they also provide funnel templates so that you won’t have to start building your funnel from scratch! (This makes life SOOO much easier)
The main takeaway for the week for me was:
1. To Sell only to dream customers & people that can pay for your products/services
2. To not make customers feel they are stupid for purchasing from you if you are trying to upsell them another product.
I believe that these two learning points really help shape my thinking when I am thinking of creating a product and who my dream customers are.
Week 5 (Traffic) Final WEEK
The last week of the challenge was bittersweet. One where I felt that the challenge is coming to an end and I got more time to build my funnel. The second was missing the community there and the daily talks with Russell and his team. I had been diligently going through every mission daily and not missing out on any of it.
So Russell and his team talked about buying and earning traffic to your funnel. Because in the last week, your offer, story, and funnel should all be done and the final thing for a successful funnel is getting people in!
I’ve learned a lot about getting traffic into a website especially the organic way. I have always thought about it as SEO or paying to bring traffic to my website. But after learning the Traffic Secrets from Russell, I felt like my eyes have been opened in terms of different ways of marketing and bringing traffic in.
The biggest takeaway from this week of traffic is how to earn the traffic into my funnel and to own my own traffic. Owning your own traffic is the most powerful way of creating an audience.
